Speaking on what Noah watched this past week, if anyone is interested on changing up their diet and want to have a clear understanding, I suggest watching Alton Brown’s “Good Eats” episode, “Live and Let Diet”
He goes through the process of explaining why we gain weight (when we do) and how to keep it off.
    Happy Presidents’ Day (Americans) 🙂

Tried to get Harry to listen to Tancast again. Yeah. . . If only I had stopped and read the title of this week’s episode. 🙂 But I’m still here!

With the movies, I watched them before I started really thinking about how good it was and whether or not it had a good plot, actors, etc. So in my nostalgia mind, neither of these films were bad. I know rewaching them will quickly change that.
