  1. Hale Says:

Why, thank you for your attention on this episode. πŸ˜€

I really think “What the Fuck Did Noah Just Say?” should become a running joke. I lost my shit when Tim mentioned it.

  2. Chelsea (the best CHELSEA EVER!) Says:

@Hale I think that should be on a shirt. Hell I’d buy it. πŸ˜€

  3. Jahero Says:

On a completely unrelated note: a guess as to what andy looks like in real life.

  4. Alissa (TANcast's #1 Female Fan and NEW #3 Fan/the second A in TANcast)) Says:

I just tweeted this but Cats in the Cradle is not a Cat Stevens song.
    just sayin.
    Andy, you suck.

  5. Andrew, TANcast's #[square root of -1] Australian fan Says:

@Jathero maybe, but Andy claims to have a goatee. I think that’s actually a disguise so that people will get him mixed up with Brian Maxwell, a famously disturbed person from Tennessee.

  6. Andrew, TANcast's #[square root of -1] Australian fan Says:

@Alissa – Ugly Kid Joe totally wrote it and were ripped off by that other guy who travelled back in time to escape the lawsuit

  7. Chelsea (the best CHELSEA EVER!) Says:

Here’s the remix of John Stewart’s end speech, thanks to autotunes and schmoyoho:

  8. Breeno Says:

Man that was a bit too much politics in one episode for me. I think I’m like Chelsea with the video gaming only with politics because I didn’t understand a single word of what you guys said (but I guess you can expect that as I struggle to keep up with the crap in my own country let alone across the pond).

  9. Andy (TANcast's #1 Ear-Rapist) Says:

As I told Alissa, Andy=Fail. In my defense, I was led down the primrose path by the piss-poor quality of file naming and ID3 tagging common in the OG Napster (not to be confused with the “used-to-be-Roxio” Napster) era and my own inattention to detail.

Also, I think I secretly assumed Cat Stevens was the Cat in the Cradle (metaphorically)…

  10. Jess Says:

Yes, I did get hacked. I was embarrassed enough with my family and friends giving me shit for it, now my favorite podcast has mentioned to the world that I am an idiot. FML.

  11. Noah Says:

@Jess well you are in good company my friend. I see quite a few of my friends get hacked, you just happened to be the most recent.

  12. Tim Babb (TANcast's #1 Host/Editor Fan) Says:

@Jess your story may stop others from being hacked. Isn’t that worth something? πŸ˜‰

  13. Alissa (TANcast's #1 Female Fan and NEW #3 Fan/the second A in TANcast)) Says:

@Andy, everyone does. I’m a HUGE Cat Stevens fan (and his new music as Yusuf Islam is fantastic too) so I get a little frustrated hearing that misconception. It was very smodcast of you to not look it up tho, so kudos. Also, Tim…I’m 21 years old and I listen to Cat Stevens really loud in my car and my house and my iTunes and my iPod and everything. So hella relevant. Especially among the hippies and hipsters who follow John Stewart and hate the tea party movement, etc.

  14. Tim Babb (TANcast's #1 Host/Editor Fan) Says:

@Alissa I stand by my assessment that Cat “Yusuf” Stevens and pretty much everyone else at the rally wasn’t relevant.

So, while I disagree with your music choices, I’m pretty sure you’re not Hitler πŸ˜‰

  15. Dean Says:

Nice soundtrack work on this episode, Babb. Hooray “Battle Hymn Of The Andy”! Simultaneously uplifting and mocking…

  16. Alissa (TANcast's #1 Female Fan and NEW #3 Fan/the second A in TANcast)) Says:

You’re wrong, Babb. I am Hitler.

  17. Tim Babb (TANcast's #1 Host/Editor Fan) Says:

@Dean thanks…took a little longer but I felt it was worth it. Also a piece of personal pride to put the Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln music at the end of Jon Stewart’s speech

  18. Chelsea (the best CHELSEA EVER!) Says:

Justin Long…. really? REALLY? I don’t get it. He hurts my brain like Fallon hurts my brain. They HAVE to had slept their way to the top… or at least the middle.

  19. Noah Says:

@Chelsea did you see Justin Long in Zack and Miri make a porno? I found him quite funny.

  20. Chelsea (the best CHELSEA EVER!) Says:

@Noah, yes I can handle him in small doses.

  21. Jess Says:

Justin Long is only good in small doses. And it’s usually because he is reading something funny that someone else wrote. I think the best example of that is Idiocracy. “It says here your shits all fucked up and you talk like a fag” That makes me laugh every time I hear it

  22. Chelsea (the best CHELSEA EVER!) Says:

Die Hard 5 can have Justin Long, just as long as (as in Scream with Barrymore) he’s only in it for the first 5 minutes. πŸ™‚

  23. Andrew, TANcast's #[square root of -1] Australian fan Says:

NOAH GOLD! “The law’s complicated yo.”
