thanks for easing my nerves before I take off to the Emergency room for my 6 day old daughter… also what is the point of a nurse help line if all they can tell you is “go in and see the doctor” well thanks I’m sure after waiting about a half a day on hold to hear that somehow I would have had an actual doctor’s appointment. argh
