wait… was the George? as in Mr. TAKEI?! … to quote “Wayne’s World” *bowing down* “we’re not worthy, we’re worthy!”

ooo I have a new segment idea, “What’s going on out side Noah’s window”.

A married couple down on their luck decides to make a few extra bucks by reluctantly having the wife work the corner. After the first day the husband picks her up and asks “how did you do?”. She says, “I did pretty well, I made $200.50”. He asks, “What asshole gave you 50 cents?” and she replies “all of them”.

I was driving when I heard “George” from LA start to speak- I NEARLY CRASHED yelling out my window: “OMG IT’S SULU!”

I’m using the summer to better myself/Netflix put a butt-load of Kevin Smith movies up for streaming, and I’m watching Clerks and there’s the guy who says “Oooh, Navy Seals!” and the lightbulb went on and I thought of TANCast.

Wait, you guys know that wasn’t really George Takai…..Right??!?!

@Jess, are you sure that wasn’t George Takai? I’m willing to bet that there are plenty more celebs that are hard core listeners of Tancast. (I wish there was a font that showed sarcasm) LOL!

Thanks, Tim, for giving an honest opinion on Green Lantern. I’ve been a big fan of the comics, and was really concerned when I was all the critic’s reviews. I thought it was a flawed, yet enjoyable movie that was a big risk for DC/Warner Brothers to take, in that it was a superhero that wasn’t as well known as Batman or Superman. Even with the critical and commercial failings of the movie, there’s supposed to be a sequel in the making, and I have hopes that the sequel will focus more on the Green Lantern character rather than the Hal Jordan/Carol Ferris love story. And hopefully it will have Blake Lively as Star Sapphire in this.

    Thanks Noah!

I just heard The Rock signed up for Fast Furious part 6. I’m excited and bewildered all at the same time. WTF are they going to do to make it good, or I guess at this point it doesn’t really matter anymore. 🙂
