Tim, California passed Prop 8, they’re not going to legalize weed. Just wait, right before we’re about to vote, the “scary” commercials will start showing up.

For some reason, legalized pot is the issue that’s prompting me to leave my first comment…. The LA Times today has an article about how prop 19 is not attracting many big donors. It isn’t saying outright that it will lose due to lack of money, but clearly the message is that elections are now won or lost by funding. Pour enough money into commercials and mailers, and people will think they’ve made up their own minds! I guess there will be more money for those “scary” commercials Chelsea mentions.

I have no problem with gay marriage. WTF? Makes no difference to me. Why should I care if two dudes (or chicks) want to spend the rest of their lives together and call it marriage. I hope they would have all the legal rights and privileges as I would.
Legal Pot? Not the worst idea ever. Maybe the state of California could even make some money off it. I guess it’s better than the the local dealer keeping all the profit for him-self.
Andy… Crocs…Come on. You haven’t tossed those out by now. It’s been way too long.

So strange you all references Indiana Jones 3 (I watched this morning) and Star Wars Return of the Jedi (again watched that morning) and now I have the strange urge to watch Pocahontas! wow. I think the only family I don’t live with that doesn’t think I’m crazy from listening to TAncast is my dad. wow.

I don’t know if its this podcast epissode or the one prior but you mentione the Now Playing Podcast again. Everytime you mention it I try to listen to them again, but they are horrible. I know they are critics of movies but they tear apart every decent movie and make it sound like nothing is perfect. Maybe it is something you guys can discuss on afuture podcast. I know you mention movies you all have scene (would love to here your take on Inception in more detail once all three of you have seen it).
And Tim, you said you were tired in this episode, but damn man you were on your A game. Good stuff.
