TANcast 009 – A misguided salute to Netcot

Yet another experiment goes wrong when the TANboys try to do a salute to the Netcot podcast. The boys each do a Top 7 list of their most watched DVD’s… the catch is that Tim and Noah can’t hear Andy and Andy can’t hear Tim and Noah. How could that go wrong?
For those of you who prefer your TANcast rambling and unfocused, fear not… the boys some how manage to get off on tangents about Twain Harte, CA, Hi Def Porn, and passive aggressive gay bashing.

Fear not, there was Disney as well. In fact the last song of the night was…”Ladies and Gentlemen, Disneyland has now ended it’s normal operating day…” Then Mickey and the gang singing the Mouse Club goodbye song 🙂

I’m amused at how freely the abuse flowed, given the communication issues we faced in this one. We may not be clever or professional, but we are certainly consistent.
Not our best episode (and our best is probably still shit), but I think Tim did as good a job polishing this turd as anyone could expect.
For the record, I almost fell over when the “Ladies and Gentlemen…” announcement played at Tim’s wedding.

I think that’s adorable. Forgive me if I steal that I idea in a few years.
But you still get a slap on the wrist for the Rocky thing.
And I was laughing with tears streaming down my face at the end listening to Andy’s little…things… [word is escaping me]. I don’t know why, but I found that extremely amusing.

I have to say I missed the interaction between the 3 of you on this TANcast, but I did notice that there were a lot fewer tangents and rantings by Andy, which was kind of nice (I get those enough at home!!!)…..
Andy – you know I love you, don’t cry, haha 😉
So – I think I win the prize for being the first TAN-wife to comment, whoohoo!
Love you guys, and this week at work’s been a whole lot more bearable re-listening to a bunch of these TANcasts, so thanks!

i personally like maybe 1/3 of your movies, give or take
if you have netflix or a blockbuster sub try end of evangelion, and the evangelion series
watch or die
oh that and you and van lost nothing by drawing me in
other wise, good cast, nice humor, good waste/use of time, i cant decide
