Clearly I’m going to have to listen to ep 167, which links to this in the show notes, to get some context, because I don’t see any difference! She’s just as skinny in the “before” photos. The only difference in the “after” is the lack of a padded bikini top. I would assume any man with access to a wife and/or the Internet would be aware of the difference between breasts in their natural state and breasts as they are presented to the world by the modern bra.

Hey, I’ve seen breasts! Who says I haven’t? I’ll totally fight anyone who says I’ve never touched a boob!
Joking aside, the rounder shoulders and fuller cheeks indicate to (non-expert) me that she’s lost weight, and not in what I’d call a healthy way. Compare how she looked in earlier films to Train-Wreck Lindsay (now with Hash Pipe Grip!) and tell me she didn’t.
