I haven’t listened to this episode yet and I’m still excited!

Speaking of Rosco’s I went with my friend to the one in Hollywood. It was a Friday night and my first time, and it was as if it was a scene from ‘Cheers’. EVERYONE working there knew my friend (by name!). And yes there was a bouncer and a velvet room.

Skedush. Kung Fu Panda’s word is skedush.
Also, Alan Rickman is a sexy beast.
Done and done.

Jennifer Grey had that nose job years ago. She was on a short-lived sitcom (“It’s Like, You Know”), playing herself, in which the running gag was that nobody recognized her, and thus nobody believed she was Jennifer Grey.
Did you guys eat chicken and waffles at the place on 1st and Broadway in Oakland? I didn’t eat there, but I’ve stayed at the Jack London Inn, upstairs. Interesting experience… I don’t know which I enjoyed more, the angry drunk screaming outside at 3 a.m. or the young boy cursing at his brother in the hallway at 6 a.m.
Your discussion at the end of the episode reminded me of this link, posted on the TANcast FB page a month ago: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/robert-lanza/does-the-past-exist-yet-e_b_683103.html?ref=fb&src=sp
I’m not really sure how, though, since I wasn’t really listening to you….

Andy, Warwick’s name is pronounced “Worrick”.

I work 3 blocks from Roscoe’s in Long Beach – Bossman and I have frequent breakfast meetings there. YUM! And they have an awesome fire-and-ice fireplace. Since it’s morning, tho, no boncer.
And yes, Alan Rickman is a sexy beast.
Can’t wait to listen – I’m behind on my castlistening in general!

Sidenote – I was just browsing the TANcast store, as I do form time to time, and noticed the “STOP talking” shirt isn’t available in a women’s style. Come on, now…I”d love to have people stop talking to me too!

Well, I guess I’ll jump on the bandwagon and add my support to the “Alan Rickman is a sexy beast” movement. Because it’s true.

@Jenn – Home of Chicken And Waffles was a bit of a letdown. I fared better buying KFC and Eggos and making my own. Pasadena, my hometown and home of the Ice House, has a Roscoe’s, but I haven’t made it there yet.
Chantel Williams of Wharf Room Comedy recommended Gussie’s in SF @1521 Eddy. Will have to check it out.

just for this fan who likes him, there should be an Allan Rickman shirt. I’m thinking something like “I (heart) Rickman”

It’s funny to me that the one listener who told me she had a crush on Alan Rickman hasn’t commented on this episode yet.

Alan Rickman in Galaxy Quest… nuff said!
