I’m only really voting for Dead Pirate Roberts because unlike other Robin Hoods, he can speak with a British accent.

Seriously? I’m disappointed here. This is my second time in TANlaughs, it’s 2012 and supposedly the world’s gonna end in December, my name was even pronounced the other way and nobody made a second coming joke?! Are you three starting to gorw some class? Last week you had a pair of balls in the album art. Oh well, still enjoyed the show, keep it up.

  3. Lindsey #1 Harry Potter/Sherlock/Downton Abbey/Is it British? I'll watch it FanNo Gravatar Says:

Yaaaay British television! PBS is airing Sherlock Sunday nights at 10 after Downton Abbey. The series 2 finale was delightful. And just wait till you meet Irene Adler.

On the subject of the the TANFight: someone argued that they both came back from the dead, but they could definitely die again. The only reason either of them came back was because the supporting cast fought so hard for them too. So with no BarbossaTiaDalmaElizabeth/FezzikInigoMiracleMax around, they would probably die and stay dead. Which is why I think it would be a draw, but because they would both kill each other at the same time.

Andy, Thank you so much for pointing out the difference in NYC and NY state. I am from NY state, not that open sewer pit that is NYC :).

You could say NYC is the taint (spelling?) of NY state.

So, I may be only one brave enough to listen twice, but I’m here to say that a Xanatos Gambit would be manipulating your prey ir your target to do your dirty work for you.

Great episode lol! Finally I waited all weekend for it! =D great way to cap off a great day

Having no knowledge of the Dread Pirate Roberts before this episode at all (yes, I know!) I have to vote for Captain Jack. The argument of Jack playing dirty swings it to me too. I always think of that scene when he’s fighting Turner in the blacksmith and he pulls out his gun “You cheated.” “I’m a pirate.”

Also, I will accept your challenge of marking the times of how long Tim and Andy talked for; because I have no life lol. I’ll come back with results next time I have a boring day in school (probably tomorrow).

Wow, great TANfight! I’m usually pretty bored by them, but you finally picked two characters I’m very familiar with. I was tempted to vote for the Dread Pirate Roberts, just because Jack is so annoying (Why isn’t Barbossa the star of those movies?!), but I think it really would be a tie. Both Jack and Westley are masters of improvisational fighting and both are very clever. I think that Westley would eventually get the better of Jack in sword-fighting, but would like Jack too much to kill him. This mercy, of course, would come back to haunt him, as Jack would keep popping into his life at inconvenient times, hitting on Buttercup and passing out on the couch.

Chelsea, you didn’t change my vote, but thank you for that reference!

Okay last episode no one wanted to talk about the pixel penis on the cover art, but did anyone else notice it looks like they all have herpes on their lips? Maybe I am just seeing things.

  10. LoganNo Gravatar Says:

Now that I look at it again it might must be some confetti from the other image, but come on, if I see a penis, I see herpes….must mean something….

  11. Grace (#1 Redheadeddisneyfreak)No Gravatar Says:

lol in a fit of boredom my brother and I decided to listen to that damn song about throwing hair around. she says that damn phrase 69 TIMES!!! 69!!!!!

  12. Grace (#1 Redheadeddisneyfreak)No Gravatar Says:

I have way too much time on my hands

  13. Andy (TANcast's #1 Ear-Rapist)No Gravatar Says:

    @Logan: It’s a pixelated scrotum, not a penis.

@Jen (in a slow motion and loud voice) “NNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”

  15. JennNo Gravatar Says:

@Chelsea Aaaand now you lost me. Damn, guess I’d better go watch “Men in Tights” for the second time in my life. I own pretty much every Robin Hood movie and TV show on DVD, but that doesn’t mean I like them all. (It does mean I can be a bit obsessive.) Of course, the last time I saw that one was 1993. As a TANcast listener, I clearly have a more sophisticated sense of humor now.
