I've pinged iTunes with the update (or I supposedly did, since it seems slow to pick it up), updated the site's HTML to link the new URL, and updated the link in the upper right area on the main page. I also added a permanent redirect from http://tancast.com/feed/podcast/ to this new URL, so pretty much every possible client (including the currently retarded iTunes) should find itself at the updated location upon trying to fetch the bad link. I just checked iTunes and it looks like the HTTP 301 redirect works at least. Can anyone else confirm? Also, can anyone with a Zune marketplace subscription check this? This SHOULD be fixed now. Somehow I'd thought that Wordpress made the pretty "/feed/podcast/" URL itself, but I checked the WP docs and no, it doesn't. When I get back from grabbing lunch I'll either figure out what the rule should be or else I'll redirect iTunes to the less-pretty, real URL for the category feed.
